Kaohsiung Wei-young Steel Sculpture– The Perfect Combination of Art and Living Space
Over the past decades, people’s primary impression to Kaohsiung is “the city of Heavy Industry.” While in recent years, the Kaohsiung city government launches several policies for the sunrise industries such as culture and creative Industry and Hi-Tech industry. This transformation indicates that Kaohsiung is about to turn into a better living environment for all the citizens in Kaohsiung; however, you may not know Wei-young steel sculpture also plays an important role during the whole process.
Wei-young steel sculpture - The Best Match of Engineering Art and Landscape Architecture
Recently, when I was taking MRT passing the Nan-zi district, I suddenly noticed that the bridge piers become more stylish than before. Thousands of colorful LED lights and beautiful steel sculpture made the original piers more delightful. To my surprise, Wei-young steel sculpture is the company which made all the artwork accomplished.
Wei-young steel sculpture used the landmark of Nan-zi as the basic image for the laser steel sculpture, adding the feature of Kaohsiung—the ocean city. On the other side, Wei-young levels up the original bridge pier with a shining LED light. What’s more, the bridge pier next to MRT Nan-zi district became the first bridge pier which is decorated with artwork in Kaohsiung.
These artistic bridge piers not only color the night view of Nan-zi district but also beauty up the appearance of Kaohsiung city. It’s Kaohsiung Wei-young steel sculpture which overcomes all the insurmountable.
